McMahon et al. compare T-cell responses after different numbers of doses of the NVX-CoV2373 vaccine. Comparable T-cell responses are seen after a single dose and after a homologous booster administered six months after the second dose, with higher T-cell responses seen against the ancestral SARS-CoV-2 strain compared to the Omicron variant.
