Phonon-assisted excitation has shown promise in quantum emitter platforms to control the emission properties, but it remains unexplored for transition metal dichalcogenide quantum emitters. This study reveals that phonon-assisted excitation significantly enhances the single-photon emission properties of bilayer WSe2 quantum emitters, improving spectral diffusion and emission purity.
