3D printed hierarchically structured elastomeric foams via vat photopolymerization face challenges in supercritical fluid foaming due to excessive crosslinking density. Here, the authors show a photocurable resin system incorporating dynamic hindered urea bonds within a polyurethane acrylate matrix, combined with amine-based curing agents with enhanced foaming performance.
