Two methods fully resolve the GBA gene: Gauchian, a tool for short-read, whole-genome sequencing data analysis, and Oxford Nanopore sequencing after PCR enrichment. The approach improves our understanding of the relationship between GBA, Gaucher disease and Parkinson disease.
