EL-Andari et al. compare the outcomes of 1706 patients with left main coronary artery disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with up to 14-year follow-up. Findings show that patients who underwent CABG have reduced mortality, myocardial infarction and require repeat revascularization.
