Observation and extended Weiss modeling of multi-step type-II spin switching in Mn doped YbFeO₃

Due to the strong exchange interactions between the rare-earth and iron sublattices, rare-earth orthoferrites, such as YbFeO₃, offer a rich platform for exploring spin dynamics and spin transport phenomena. Here, the authors report multi-step type-II spin switching in Mn-doped YbFeO₃ and investigate the underlying mechanism using an extended Weiss model.
