Leisure-time physical activity has been found to be associated with a lower risk of several site-specific cancers. Here, the authors report that occupational physical activity may reduce the incidence of several cancers, including endometrial, colon, breast, rectal, and prostate, and, to a lesser extent, breast cancer mortality risk.
