Skumlien et al. investigate whether eight factors predict cannabis use disorder in a 12-month longitudinal study. Adolescent age and baseline cannabis use disorder, but not gender, cannabis use frequency, alcohol use, tobacco use, negative life events, or the COVID-19 lockdown, are associated with more severe cannabis use disorder at follow-up.
