  • Bisphenol A-based epoxy materials are important for their adhesive and mechanical properties, but safer alternatives are required for human exposure. Here, lignin-derived bisguaiacol P vinyl ester resin is shown as a promising non-estrogenic alternative with high biocompatibility and physico-mechanical properties. Peer Review Information: Communications Materials thanks the anonymous reviewers for their contribution to the peer review of this work. Primary Handling Editors: Steven Caliari and Jet-Sing.
