Steinhubl et al. evaluate individuals’ physiologic response to COVID-19 vaccines through continuous monitoring with a patch sensor. By creating physiologic digital twins from each individual’s baseline data, an individualized digital biomarker was developed for vaccine reactogenicity that correlates with symptoms and immunogenicity.
