Gharabaghi et al assess the clinical benefit of incorporating remote internet-based adjustment (RIBA) of deep brain stimulation parameters into the continuum of care. Clinical benefits were reported more than two weeks earlier with access to RIBA, compared to in-clinic therapy optimization alone, with a similar safety profile.
