Oncolytic viruses are an approved therapeutic approach for glioblastoma, but, unfortunately, they are efficacious only in some patients. Here, the authors discover that LRRK2 inhibitors enhance viral infection and oncolysis by oncolytic herpes simplex virus (oHSV) in glioblastoma.
