Efficient intracellular delivery is crucial for biotherapeutics to achieve their efficacy, however, evaluation of delivery efficiency remains challenging. Here, the authors design a bioorthogonal luminescent reaction to analyze intracellular delivery, showing the application in electroporation-mediated protein delivery.
