Equilibrium transport phenomena known as fractional quantum Hall effects (FQHE) have elucidated the quantum ground states of interacting many-body systems. This study of FQHE transport in the non-equilibrium context finds a bimodal dc-bias-induced splitting of canonical FQHE, a diamond pattern in the resistance minima trajectories vs. the magnetic field and the dc-bias, and excited-state FQHE.
