Drosophila has a single insulin/IGF receptor (dmIR) that responds to various s insulin-like peptides (DILP ligands). Here, authors determined the cryo-EM structures of dmIR bound with three different DILP ligands and revealed how distinct ligands fine-tune dmIR signaling.
