The HSP90/R2TP chaperone assembles key cellular machines such as RNA polymerases or non-coding RNPs. Here, the authors show that R2TP binds co-translationally to many of its clients. It also contributes to the formation of specific polysome condensates that concentrate together R2TP and its clients.
