Molecular Motif Learning as a pretraining objective for molecular property prediction

Molecular property prediction is vital for drug discovery. Here, the authors introduce MotiL, an unsupervised approach that learns motif representations from molecular graphs, enabling accurate predictions for both small molecules and macromolecules.
