Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is an autoimmune condition affecting the liver. Here, the authors generate an immunobiliary transcriptomic atlas and show that dendritic cell and γδ T cell interactions play a role in murine models of cholestatic liver injury and fibrosis.
