DBS entrains 1:2 gamma activity in the majority of PD patients (15/19), linked to increased movement speed but not necessarily dyskinesia. Finely tuned gamma is more often related to dyskinesia (5/8 patients). DBS-induced entrainment may optimize closed-loop DBS.
