Utilising multi-modal data-driven network analysis to identify monotherapy and combinational therapy targets in SOX2-dependent squamous cell lung cancer

Understanding disease mechanisms is crucial for drug discovery, necessitating the integration of diverse and multi-modal data. Here, the authors develop iPANDDA, a network-based computational pipeline that integrates multi-modal data to predict drug targets for SOX2-dependent lung squamous cell carcinoma, identifying and validating key targets like AKT and mTOR complexes.

SARS-CoV-2 proteome microarray for global profiling of COVID-19 specific IgG and IgM responses

Currently very little is known about how our immune system responds to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Here the authors generate a SARS-CoV-2 proteome microarray for profiling of IgG and IgM responses to COVID-19 in patients and find significant responses to ORF9b and NSP5, as well as the S1 and N proteins.
