ETS1 activates METTL3 promoter region via P300 mediated H3K27ac and WDR5 mediated H3K4me3 transcription. METTL3 promotes proliferation and metastasis of CC cells by targeting TXNDC5 in m6A-dependent manner. METTL3 inhibits autophagy and apoptosis of CC cells induced by ER stress by up regulating TXNDC5.
