Lynch syndrome is caused by alterations in mismatch repair genes, and is associated with increased risk of multiple cancers. Here, the authors assess differences in tumour types between canonical Lynch syndrome tumour types, and rarer CNS tumours or in sites not traditionally associated with LS.
