Ocular squamous cell neoplasia is a rare but aggressive malignancy affecting conjunctiva, cornea and deeper structures in advanced stages. The treatment involves topical chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and surgical management. Timely management and optimizing treatment strategies aids in salvaging the eye [1].
