Conjunctival triamcinolone cyst

The formation of conjunctival triamcinolone cyst is a very rare but potentially serious complication of PST [1]. The depot may lead to focal inflammation and subsequent fibrosis encapsulation in the space [2]. It is due to inadvertent anterior injection of triamcinolone along superficial plane and may potentially lead to refractory glaucoma.
