Top: brightfield, (magnification 10x, scale bare 100 µm) bottom: cytospin (magnification 20x) stained with May-Grünwald-Giemsa. Cytospin images were taken using Keyence BZ-X800 (Keyence, Japan) with 20x plan Achromat objective.
