The amino acid sequences are translated from sequencing data of full-length GLS cDNA, prepared from parental, GlnIND, and CB839RS MDA-MB-231 cells. The gray box marks a flexible loop located at the dimer-dimer interface of the tetrameric forms of GLS, the binding site of CB-839.
