A fully integrated flexible solar-thermoelectric generator is demonstrated utilizing Ag2Se thin films as both efficient photothermal absorber and thermoelectric generators. The device delivers a power density of 0.17 μW cm-2 under 1-sun illumination, attributed to enhanced photothermal conversion efficiency.
