Fungal infections can be debilitating and life-threatening. Here, the authors report a fungicidal strategy by the combination of cell wall digestion and cuproptosis using lywallzyme-assembled copper-phenolic nanoflowers demonstrating synergistic effects in fungal infection and fungal keratitis models.
