H2 (red) and O2 (black) production rates for /ml-G (Au content 1 μg cm−2, total photocatalyst content 4.25 μg cm−2) with estimated errors (calculated as the square root of the sum of (a-ā)2, being a the value of the data set and ā the mean of the data set, divide by the number of data points) using monochromatic light (150-W Xe lamp). Irradiation time: 6 h. Note that the production rate is presented in mmol per gcomposite per h due to the much lower power when irradiating with monochromatic light.
