Bio-layer interferometry was used to investigate DARPin binding to biotinylated K-Ras wild type loaded with different nucleotides, immobilized on a streptavidin biosensor. The vertical dotted line indicates the transition from association to dissociation phases. Calculated Kd values for each experiment are shown. Replicates are not included in this data but the experiment was repeated twice with similar results.
