The wild-type and rrm3 3xTerB ChrIII RESTRICTIVE/ChrVI RESTRICTIVE strains were released from G1-arrest and DNA replication intermediates were detected by 2D gel electrophoresis at the indicated times. Representative results are shown from a minimum of three independent experiments. RF pausing at Tus–Ter is indicated by the black arrow, and RF pausing at the tRNAA gene on ChrVI is indicated by the white arrowhead. Flow cytometry data are also shown.
