The tests were performed at 3 (a), 10 (b), 20 (c) and 25 °C (d) with a 6.1% (w/w) aqueous solution. The error bars correspond to one s.d. Six samples were used for the tests at 10, 20 and 25 °C, and eight were used for those at 3 °C.
