(a) A plasmid encoding chicken OVA with C-terminal HA-tag was stably transfected into β5i−/−, β5i-Flag and β5t-Flag MEFs. Extracts of the cells treated with IFN-γ were analysed by immunoblot using the indicated antibodies. (b) β5i-Flag (blue), β5t-Flag (red) and β5i−/− (green) MEFs with OVA transgene and IFN-γ treatment were analysed using flow cytometry for surface expression of SIINFEKL-presenting H-2Kb and (c) total H-2Kb.
