DNA capture efficiencies by hybridization on beads at 49 °C as a function of the quantity of DNA percolated inside the FB (250 µm height) at 15 µl/min. The vibration and bimodal method is compared to the control. DNA was a fluorescent WT sequence (80 bases) of the BRAF gene (p < 0.0001)
