a A schematic of the components of the stain-sensor-on-chip. The injection valve is connected through the gas pipe and controls the uniform extraction and perfusion of gas in the vacuum chamber. The chip-integrated sensor connects to the external circuit to obtain signals and displays the deformation size of the sensitive area inside the chip through the oscilloscope.
