Data are hazard ratios (and 95% CI) estimated using Cox regression stratified by follow-up methods and leisure time physical activities. Model 1 adjusted for age, gender, education, leisure time physical activities, family history of diabetes, follow-up methods (health examination or questionnaire only), and lipid medication. Model 2 additionally adjusted for BMI
