CD4 + CD25- (naive) T cells of the spleens and PnLNs from C57BL/6 mice were incubated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for three days in glucose-free DMEM (Ctrl) encompassing 10% FBS-contained or with 50 μg/mL or 100 μg/mL LNT.
