Focal therapy treatment plans were made based on the location of clinically-significant cancer detected using each reduced-core strategy. These plans were compared to targeted biopsy only and a combined targeted and full systematic saturation biopsy to see if there were any changes in treatment plan. The proportion of men who had a change in treatment plan were then compared across each reduced core strategy.
