  3. cThe cluster overlap score for a tract is the percentage of tract probability map voxels above the selected probability threshold (25% here, the default value in the MegaTrack lesion analysis tool) overlapping a given cluster. The probability map is obtained from the average of the binary tract maps of individual subjects in the selected query. Here, we chose the full BRC Atlas sample available in the MegaTrack online tool, which comprised 140 subjects aged 18–84 years.
  4. dThe tract disconnection provides a more in-depth analysis of the cluster overlap at the streamline level. For each subject in the selected query, the percentage of a tract’s streamlines ‘disconnected’ by the cluster is calculated, and the value shown here is the mean across the entire sample.
