The Employment Rights Bill 2024-2025 (the Bill), currently progressing through Parliament, introduces significant changes that dental practice owners need to prepare for.

In April 2024, we highlighted key employment law updates.1 The proposed Bill builds on that framework, placing a stronger emphasis on employee mental health, wellbeing and family-friendly rights.
