A, G PANC-1 and SW1990 cells with stable overexpression or knockdown of USP14 were stained with CFSE. After 48 h of staining, flow cytometry was used to examine the proliferation of cells. The experiment was technically repeated three times. B, H SW1990 cells with stable knockdown of USP14 were implanted subcutaneously into the right axillae of nude mice. After 33 days or 27 days, ectopic xenograft tumours were excised and photographed (n = 8). C, I Tumour weight was shown related to B and H (n = 8). D–F, J–L IHC staining of H&E, Ki67 and TAZ was shown. The percentage of Ki67-positive cells and the relative staining intensity of TAZ were quantified (n = 8). See also Fig. S5.
