A, F Transwell assays were used to measure the migration and invasion of PANC-1 cells with USP14 overexpression or knockdown. Representative images were presented. The experiment was technically and biologically repeated three times. B, G Cells on the bottom surface of the chamber membrane were counted. C, H SW1990 cells with stable overexpression or knockdown of USP14 were injected into the spleens of nude mice. After 30 days, the livers were excised and photographed.
