Cell death of BMDMs (b) and MDFs (c) monitored by time-lapse imaging of propidium iodide (PI) staining over 16 h (b) or 18 h (c) upon receiving treatments as described in Figs. 2a and  3a. Data are represented as mean + SEM of N = 2–3 independent biological replicates per genotype. Graphs are representative of 3 independent experiments performed with 2-3 independent biological replicates each time.
