A HEK-293T cells were transfected with a gradient of HA-USP28. Samples were split for WB (upper panel) or RT-qPCR (lower panel) to determine DYRK2 protein or mRNA levels, respectively (mean ± SD, n = 3). B HEK-293T cells were transfected with the indicated shRNAs and the levels of the indicated proteins were determined by WB. c-Jun were used as control substrate. CF HEK-293T cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids and protein levels were analyzed with specific antibodies by WB. In C, L and S indicate the 601 aa and 528 aa DYRK2 isoforms, respectively. Note: a representative blot was shown of at least 3 different biological replicates.
