We have noticed that there were some errors in our paper, “USP20 positively regulates tumorigenesis and chemoresistance through βcatenin stabilization.” Figures 4C and 6G have the same experimental design, with the only difference being the use of different cell lines. These two experiments were conducted simultaneously, and the β-actin images for Figure 4C and 6G were developed on the same X-ray film. During the figure assembly process, we inadvertently duplicated the β-actin image from Figure 6G in Figure 4C.
The errors have no bearings on the interpretation of the results, nor do they influence the conclusions of the work. We take the quality and integrity of our work very seriously and wanted to bring this to your attention We apologize for any inconvenience this mistake may have caused.
