  1. Weight Loss, as a reference of malnutrition, is defined as a weight loss ≥ 5% compared with the usual weight. Covariates used (stepwise procedure): Sex (Males vs. Females), Metastatic Disease (Presence vs. Absence), ECOG-Performance status (0–1 vs. 2 vs. 3–4), Weight loss compared with usual ( < 5% vs. ≥ 5%), Body Mass Index ( ≤ 22, 22-30, 30 + ), ingesta-Verbal Analogue Scale score ( ≤ 7 vs. 8 + ), Mini-Nutritional Assessment-Short Form score ( ≤ 7 vs. 8–11 vs. 12–14).
