The common ocular manifestations in pregnancy include melasma, dry eye disease, increase in corneal curvature, altered refractive index of cornea and lens, retinal vascular changes, serous chorioretinopathy, ischemic optic neuropathy, papilledema and cortical blindness [1, 2]. This case is unique to describe bilateral peripheral ulcerative keratitis as presenting ocular feature in third trimester. Cyanoacrylate glue with bandage contact lens serves as a viable conservative management option.
