The relationship between AMPK and Akt. Role of Akt in the AMPK/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway in endothelial cells. HUVECs were exposed to LY294002 (30 μM) for 30 min before the administration of MK for 5 min. Then, the phosphorylation of AMPK (A) and eNOS (B) was analyzed by western blotting.
