Conserved finger subdomain residues across archaeal (Kod-RI), viral (RB69, PDB: 1IG9 and Phi29, PDB: 2PYL), and eukaryotic (Pol α PDB: 4FYD, Pol δ PDB: 3IAY, and Pol ε PDB: 4M8O) polymerases interacting with the nascent base pair.
