From: Target engagement imaging of PARP inhibitors in small-cell lung cancer
Autoradiography. JHU-LX48 SCLC PDX bearing mice (n = 3/group, 3 groups, 9 mice total) were injected either with 200–300 μCi of [18F]PARPi (i.v.) alone, or with a previous injection of talazoparib (0.3 mg/kg) or olaparib (50 mg/kg) 30 min prior to [18F]PARPi. Tumor (top) and muscle (bottom) were collected 2 h post [18F]PARPi injection, sectioned and either exposed overnight (autoradiography), stained with H&E or stained for PARP1.
